  • MSU – Bozeman Scholarships:

  • MSU-Bozeman: Hilleman Scholars Program www.montana.edu/hillemanscholars/

    • MSU will also invite eligible students to apply for the Hilleman Scholars program in the spring.

    • In order to be eligible for this program a student must complete the FAFSA and be Pell Grant eligible.

    • This program provides financial assistance, student support and mentorship throughout their time at MSU.

  • Horatio Alger Dennis & Phyllis Washington Scholarship: scholars.horatioalger.org.

    • Scholarship Amount: $10,000 disbursed over a college career

    • Eligible schools have agreed to provide an additional $5000 award to the total grant amount, so the total grant amount will equal $15,000 over your college career

    • Includes MSU & U of M Schools

    • Honors Scholar: Open to eligible graduating high school seniors, this award is a 4-year renewable scholarship that waives tuition when used at an eligible campus.

    • Its’ average value at a 4-year campus is approximately $20,000. 

    • Applications are due March 15th annually the year a student graduates from high school.

  • Mid-Rivers Scholarships: www.midrivers.com/scholarships/ Deadline for All: April 15, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time

    •      Mid-Rivers Higher Education Scholarship — Thirty (30) $2,000 scholarships will be awarded to students attending a technical school, community college, or a four-year educational institution, available to both graduating high school seniors and current college students who are continuing their undergraduate studies.

      • Dawson Community College/Miles Community College Scholarship — In support of local educational institutions, up to six (6) $2,500 scholarships will be awarded to students attending Dawson Community College (DCC) or Miles Community College (MCC).

      • Mid-Rivers Annual Meeting Drawing — Eighteen (18) $1,000 scholarships will be awarded through a drawing of eligible students in attendance at the 2023 Mid-Rivers Annual Meeting . To qualify, students must attend the meeting with a parent or guardian who is a member of the Cooperative, register at the meeting, provide proof of full-time college enrollment for the Fall of 2023, and participate in simple interactive tasks that may be assigned at the Annual Meeting. Students must be present at the time of the drawing to win.

  • The Odd Fellow & Rebekah Lodges of Montana Scholarship – See Dr. Cliff for application:

    Several $500 Scholarships are being offered.

    Requirements: GPA of 3.0 or less and must attend any post-secondary option in Montana. Scholarship must be postmarked prior to March 15, 2022

  • Thomas MCGirl Masonic Scholarship – See Dr. Cliff for application:

    $1000 Scholarship Award.

    Must attend a Public college or university in Montana.

    Scholarship award is not necessarily regulated by GPA only, and is more “service-driven.”

    Deadline: March 14, 2022

    Must intend on studying engineering, engineering technology or related field.

    Scholarship award is generally between $1000-$2000.

  • Delta Kappa Gamma Educational Scholarship -- See Dr. Cliff for application:

    Criteria: Young lady who is planning to major in education, attending a college or university in Montana.

    Scholarship Amount: $1,000.

    Deadline: April 1, 2022.

  • Reach Higher Montana Senior Send-Off Scholarships: See posters in Mrs. Hypes’s Class, Mr. Eiselein’s Class, and outside Dr. Cliff’s Office. Details can also be found at www.ReachHigherMontana.org/SeniorSend-off

    10 Scholarships: $1,000 each.

    $30,000 in prizes to be given away during this campaign.

    Create a short video or take a photo and share your plans after high school (apprenticeship, career, college, military, university, etc.).

    Enter by April 8, 2022 for the Earlybird Drawing.

    Final Deadline for entries is April 22, 2022.

    May 6, 2022, is Reach Higher Montana’s Senior Send-Off Event, when they will share the entries on their website and social media.

    Parent or Guardian must be employed by MCA member companies or be a member of the MCA Concrete Division depending on the scholarship.

    Scholarship Criteria: Planning to major in Criminal Justice.

    Two Scholarships: $1,500.

    Deadline: April 15, 2022.

    Scholarship: Two $1,000 scholarships, Renewable for up to 3 years.

  • Nelson Kemmer Memorial Scholarship: Must be a graduating senior from Roundup High School and a U.S. citizen planning to attend an accredited institution of postsecondary education. See Dr. Cliff for application. Deadline: April 22, 2022

  • Roger Leach Memorial Scholarship -- See Dr. Cliff for application instructions: $300 scholarship for a graduating senior with average or above scholastic history and rank in the top half of his/her class and exhibits Character, Leadership, and Citizenship. The student must have been a full-time student at Roundup High School for at least two years. Deadline: April 25, 2022.

  • RSEA Scholarship -- See Dr. Cliff for application instructions: $500 scholarship to a graduating senior of Roundup High School and/or previous graduate of RHS. Deadline: April 29, 2022

  • Gebhardt Scholarship Foundation -- See Dr. Cliff for application instructions: The Gebhardt Scholarship is to be available to any student pursuing education beyond the high school level based on need, ambition, and scholastic capabilities. The amount of the award(s) will be determined by the trustees. This is a renewable scholarship. Deadline: April 30, 2022

  • Chapter N, P.E.O. Scholarship -- See Dr. Cliff for application: Scholarship Amount: $500 Chapter N P.E.O. wishes to recognize character, leadership, and citizenship qualities in women: This grant award is to assist a woman in obtaining extended training in a vocational field. The primary criteria is a worthy student who shows promise by being able to continue her education and who has financial need. Need NOT be a traditional four year college, but rather, any education by which the recipient is going to improve her future ability. The training institution need NOT be in Montana. Deadline: April 30, 2022

  • William A Rogerson Memorial Scholarship – See Dr. Cliff for application

    Scholarship: One $1,000 scholarship to a graduating male and one $1,000 scholarship to a graduating female will be awarded.

    Renewable for one year.

    Recipients should have a good background in community service activities.

    Deadline: May 1, 2022.

  • Cody Harper Memorial Scholarship -- See Dr. Cliff for application: Four (4) $1500 scholarships will be awarded to graduating seniors of Roundup High School who have attended RHS for at least two years. All students are encouraged to apply; however, preference will be given to students who have participated in 4-H or FFA and have 3.0 GPA. See for application instructions. Deadline: May 1, 2022.

  • Comstock Trust Scholarship -- See Dr. Cliff for the application instructions: $500 scholarship for the first year with each consecutive year, up to a total of four years, being $1000, $1500, $2000 respectively. Awarded to a Roundup High School graduating senior planning to major in engineering, physics, chemistry, biology, mathematics, or other math/science related field. Deadline May 2, 2022

  • Larry R. Dylina Scholarship -- See Dr. Cliff for application instructions: Two (2) $300 scholarships to be awarded to graduating seniors of Roundup High School with a minimum 3.0 GPA with consideration given to financial need, hard work at school, volunteer spirit, and a positive outlook despite personal challenges. Deadline: May 2, 2022

  • Marie Benjamin Memorial Scholarship -- See Dr. Cliff for application instructions: Four (4) $2000 scholarships designed to assist Roundup High School seniors who will be entering fields such as music, art, drama, journalism, English, foreign language, and education. Deadline: May 2, 2022

    Criteria: Volunteered at least 3 hours with Roundup PTSA.

    2 $500 Scholarships.

  • Mark & Lori Rosebush Scholarship: $250 award made to a graduating senior of Roundup High School who has attended RHS for two or more years and plans to pursue a career in the healthcare field. See Dr. Cliff for application instructions. Deadline: May 2, 2022

  • Joe Green Memorial Scholarship -- See Dr. Cliff for application: $500 scholarship to a graduating senior of Roundup High School who has attended RHS for two or more years, and plans to pursue a career in communication, engineering, or healthcare profession. Deadline: May 2, 2022

  • RHS Alumni Scholarship -- See Dr. Cliff for application instructions: Four (4) $600 scholarships to graduating seniors of Roundup High School who demonstrate financial need and whose high school performance must indicate academic potential in his/her chosen field. Deadline: May 2, 2022

  • Tom & Peg Ask Scholarship -- See Dr. Cliff for application instructions: $100 scholarship to be awarded to a graduating senior of Roundup High School who has attended RHS for at least two years. The recipient must have financial need and GPA of 2.0 or higher. Deadline: May 2, 2022
