We have fielded concerned calls about the Roundup Elementary Sports Physicals. The physicals will take place MAY 18TH at the elementary. Physicals must be done after May 1st in order for the physical to be valid for MHSA sports the following year. We are providing parents the opportunity to have it done at school to ease the burden of having to schedule one in the summer.
The Roundup Elementary students will be celebrating Earth Day this year by participating in a Community Clean Up Day. On the afternoon on Friday, April 22, classes will be assigned areas around town to clean. They will be focusing their efforts on picking up litter around the East side of Roundup. Please be sure to dress your child in appropriate clothes and shoes for walking around and cleaning up town! Clean up day is weather dependent.
After their time cleaning up, classes will come back to the school and receive a treat for their hard work and will watch the 2022 Lip Sync Battle videos in their classrooms. The Lip Sync videos will be available to the public after 4 pm. Watch for a link posted on the Roundup Public Schools Facebook page and in a message from your child’s teacher. The link may be shared with others, but it will only be open until May 6. Lip Sync winners will be decided by classroom votes and by number of views on YouTube. Students will be dismissed at their regularly scheduled times on Friday, April 22nd.
