Dear Parents/Guardians,
We want to inform you that finals will be held for the 2nd Semester at the high school. The schedule for the 2nd Semester Finals Week will be from May 19th - 22nd.
Monday (May 19th): Review day for all students, focusing on the material covered during the semester.
Tuesday and Wednesday (May 20th - 21st): We will follow a Block Schedule.
Tuesday: Finals for 1st, 3rd, 5th, and 7th Periods.
Wednesday: Finals for 2nd, 4th, and 6th Periods.
Wednesday's Last Block: Used as recovery time for students who need to finish any outstanding finals.
High school students will be allowed to leave campus after completing each final exam, provided they have no missing assignments.
Permission forms will be available starting May 14, 2025.
JH students will follow the same schedule as the HS students. JH students will not be doing finals other than any end of the year requirements from their individual teachers.
Final exams will account for 15% of each student's overall semester grade. Finals will only be offered during Finals Week.
11:00 AM Release Schedule on May 22nd (Last Day of School): School will release at 11:00 AM. Students will attend all periods that day and complete the checkout process. Student lockers were all given locks this year. Any lockers with missing or broken locks will be assessed a fee. No early check outs.
