Central Montana Health District will be holding immunization clinics at our school:

Elementary School
The clinics will offer flu and COVID vaccinations, as well as any required immunizations students may be missing.
These clinics are available to students, staff, and community members. Paperwork is available in the school office, and please have your insurance information available.
If your student is missing required immunizations and you would like them to receive them, this is a great opportunity to get them caught up. If you need an exemption form, you can pick one up at either school office.
