The High School and Middle School Cross-Country had a busy meet week racing Colstrip on Thursday and Huntley on Saturday. They ran hills in Colstrip and a true cross-country race through woods, fields, and around Pompey's Pillar National Monument on Saturday. The highlight for Saturday's race was meeting our cross-country goal for the season, no one walks during the race. No RMH HS or MS runners walked during their races. Could not be more proud. Saturday was the last race for the MS season and the MS team showed up. They showed strength during their races and supported their HS teammates. Way to go Middle School Cross-Country Team 2023: Kyra Jones, Aspen Harper, Shayanna Gift, Katelynn Victorine, Levi Harper, and Weston Brookie. Below are times for Colstrip / Huntley: (SR-season record, PR-personal record) MS Boys: Levi Harper - 11:56 / 12:03 Weston Brookie - 14:30 / 15:16 MS Girls: Kyra Jones - 11:54 SR / 11:35 PR Aspen Harper - 13:20 PR / 13:50 Shayanna Gift - 16:56 / 16:54 Katelynn Victorine - 17:42 SR/ 17:39 SR HS Boys: James Main - 18:57 / 18:48 Jason Main - 18:48 / 22:04 Joey Grahm - 21:22 / 21:36 Luke Harper - 22:26 / 21:43 Kaelin Pisle - 23:29 / 23:58 Erik Goffena - 25:03 / 25:24 Caleb Larsen - 25:48 / 24:33 Robert Goffena - 26:04 / 27:14 HS Girls: Desi Toombs - 24:57 SR / 24:46 SR Ellie Goffena - 26:54 / 28:18 Rosabelle Harper - 31:02 / 29:15 Congrats to all the runners and again good job MS on a great season this year. Due to low participation numbers and some bad injury luck, we regret to inform you that we are canceling the rest of our JV volleyball games for this season. This means that we will be running a varsity only schedule for the remainder of the 2023 season. We are working on moving game times for the remainder of our season and will still host districts at the high school. Once the new varsity game times are set they will be updated on the calendar and posted on our weekly schedules. We're focusing on growing our numbers in the coming years to be able to support not just a varsity team, but a JV and C-squad as well. We ask the community to please continue to support our girls. They've put a lot of time and effort into this season and we're proud of how far they've come. Go Panthers!

The weather is changing and with the change students need to wear jackets, caps, rain coats, etc. Please put your student/students name inside their jackets, coats, snow boots, etc. Our lost and found already has more than 20 coats and jackets. Parents picking up students at the end of the day can stop by the main doors and look at the lost and found along the west wall of the foyer.
