Roundup Jr/Sr High School Parents November 2 will be Parent/Teacher Conferences. Due to COVID-19 we must do things differently. Conferences will be conducted remotely using ZOOM. The ZOOM meeting is web-based so although you do not need to add or download any apps or programs, you will need internet access and a compatible device (computer, tablet, phone) with camera and microphone functions. You may also simply use a phone to call in to the meeting and meet over the phone, the number will be in your invitation. If you would like to visit with your child’s teacher please follow the link below, click on the email for each teacher you would like to conference with, and send a request to be invited to meet. Your teacher will then invite you to a ZOOM meeting from November 2 from 1:00pm to 7:00pm. Your email will contain a link to the meet. Once in the meet you will be in a waiting room. When you child’s teacher is done with one parent he/she will connect with the next parent in line. So rather than waiting in the hall to visit a teacher you can wait from your comfortable couch or wherever you wish. Staff List Link: https://www.roundup.k12.mt.us/o/rsd/staff?filter=89000

Dear Roundup Elementary Parents: Roundup Elementary would like to thank all parents for being diligent about keeping sick students’ home and following the guidelines to keep our students safe. We are certainly progressing through a strange time and we thank you for persevering with us. Over the next couple of weeks there are quite of few happenings at the elementary. MEA Days are this Thursday, October 15th and Friday, October 16th. Students will be home on those two days. The end of the quarter is Friday, October 23rd. The following week is a four-day week and it will also be Red Ribbon Week. There will be dress up days for the week so watch for paperwork coming home so students can participate and win prizes. There is no school Friday, October 30th as that is district volleyball. Monday, November 2nd is Parent Teacher Conferences. We will not be able to have parents come to the elementary for conferences but the teaching staff will be contacting every parent to find out if they would like a virtual meeting with the teacher, a phone call, or an email message detailing each student's progress. Once again, we are thrilled that we are able to teach our students face to face and we thank you for your patience during these times. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to call at 323-1512. Rick Griffith Roundup Elementary School Principal
