E-cigarettes and Youth Don't Mix Adolescent years are times of important brain development. Brain development begins during the growth of the fetus in the womb and continues through childhood and to about age 25. Nicotine exposure during adolescence and young adulthood can cause addiction and harm the developing brain. This comes from the Surgeon Generals Website.

***JH/HS Students*** On Friday March 11th Students who have no D’s or F’s will earn a Passport that will allow them to stay home for the day and not count against their attendance. We will check grades on Thursday March 10 at noon. Any students at that time no D’s or F’s will receive a Passport for an excused absence the next day. Students who don’t earn a Passport are expected to be at school on Friday and will follow their regular schedule. During the day they will be making up their work. Should parents not be able to find suitable supervision for their children, students with Passports may attend and be supervised in alternative school activities. Mr. Larson
